Аннотация В статье анализируется современный «парадигмальный сдвиг» в технологиях и его влияние на архитектурные аспекты жилища и системы рационализации его производства. Выявляется необходимость широкого рассмотрения данного феномена с учетом архитектурных, социокультурных, мировоззренческих проявлений, требований социальной и рыночной эффективности. Предлагается один из возможных вариантов организации эффективной архитектурной деятельности (жилищной модели), основанной на данном подходе. Рассмотрение новых аспектов ведется в методом сравнения с модернистскими поисками начала ХХ века – их идеями, ожиданиями, последствиями. Abstract

In the article the modern "paradigm shift" in the design and construction technologies is outlined in its influence on the architectural aspects of housing and its rationalizing production systems. The need to extensive consideration of the phenomenon is highlighted: taking into account architectural, social, cultural, world-view ideas, arising requirements of social and market efficiency. One of the possible variants for the organization of effective post-industrial housing rationality model in architectural activity is outlined, based on this approach. New aspects are carried out in comparison with the Modernists searches in the beginning of the twentieth century-their ideas, expectations, consequences.

In the article the possibility of comprehensive investigation of industrial rationality in residential architecture is outlined. Industrial rationality in mass housing is seen not only from the narrow technological positions, factory-made housing, ideas allowing to build «fast, cheap, and a lot», but more complex  and deeper as a set  of  world-view, architectural, social, cultural, manufactural and economic ideas, conditions and factors in their mutual connections which are being formed on the Industrial stage and influencing the understanding of what is considered effective housing.

In the article one of the possible variants of the postindustrial housing rationality is outlined on the basis of demonstrated modern postindustrial trends.  This postindustrial housing rationality can become a comprehensive alternative to the industrial mass-housing solutions. In this case  the phenomenon  of postindustrial and industrial rationalization in housing is seen not only from the narrow technological positions and ideas allowing to build «fast, cheap, and a lot», but more complex  and deeper – as a number of  architectural, social, cultural, world-view ideas, the range of  social, market, operational efficiency conditions.

В статье рассматривается развитие представлений о жилищной рационализации и жилищных систем на протяжении развития общества (доиндустриального, индустриального, постиндустриального). На основе изучения зарождающегося на сегодня комплекса постиндустриальных условий и идей предлагается сформировать свои – постиндустриальные модели
жилищной рационализации. Анализируется возможность и эффективность применения данных моделей в сложных современных российских обстоятельствах – в качестве альтернативы индустриальным подходам при решении спектра выявленных в жилище проблем. Ключевой установкой исследования является комплексное рассмотрение рационализации в жилище как части широкого цивилизационного контекста, вместе с которым эволюционирует жилищная система, и без учета которого невозможно формирование эффективной жилищной политики страны.

The article reviews the evolution of housing rationalization ideas throughout history (pre-industrial, industrial, post-industrial societies). specific post-industrial housing rationalization models are outlined on the basis of emerging post-industrial ideas and trends. The possibility and effectiveness of their application in the current complex Russian context as an alternative to industrial approaches is analyzed to solve the identified housing problems. The core of the study is a comprehensive examination of housing rationalization as part of a broader civilizational context in which the housing system evolves and which needs to be taken into account to ensure an effective housing policy.

Abstract
The article considers the potential of applying the emerging concept of “knowledge economy” to the field of housing construction and the possibilities that it may bring about. Knowledge economy shows the underlying (radical) shifts in understanding efficiency and knowledge not only as “external manifestations” but also as a specific resource that does not possess most of the characteristics inherent in the traditional factors. Housing construction on the basis of this concept implies fundamental changes in housing characteristics and architectural qualities, efficiency conditions, and development of new housing systems

В статье анализируется возможность применения формирующейся на сегодняшний день идеи «экономии на знании» (букв. «экономии за счет использования знаний») в жилищной сфере и те возможности, которые возникают при ее внедрении. «Экономия за счет знаний» показывает глубинные сдвиги в понимании эффективности, формирование не только «внешних проявлений» (информатизации, CAD-систем), но и становление знания как специфического ресурса, не обладающего большинством характеристик, которые свойственны традиционным факторам. Построение на ее основе жилища предполагает фундаментальные изменения в его характеристиках и архитектурных свойствах, представлениях об эффективности, возможности формирования новых жилищных систем1

Методические указания адресованы студентам инженерно-строительного факультета по специальности  «Дизайн архитектурной среды», «Архитектура» для выполнения курсового проекта на тему «Реконструкция фрагмента исторической среды центральной части города». Методические указания изложены в соответствии с последовательностью выполнения стадий курсового проекта, начиная со стадии предпроектного анализа  территории, формулировки технического задания и  дизайн-концепции до решения планировочных задач, поиска стилистики и вписывания в исторический контекст окружения. Вторая часть проекта предполагает  проработку рабочих чертежей элементов благоустройства.
Methodical instructions are addressed to the students of the Faculty of civil engineering, speciality -"Architectural Design", " Аrchitecture " to run a course project on "Reconstruction of the historical fragment Wednesday the central part of the city. Methodical instructions are set out in accordance with the sequence of execution stages of the course of the project. From the initial analysis of the territory, the wording of the technical specifications and design concept prior to the decision of the planning tasks, search for style and fit into the historical context of the environment.

Problems and concepts of social, cultural and professional processes are considered as a foundation for thinking of the prospects of architectural education. The most significant changes in the public role of architects, in interdisciplinary labor division, in the forms and contents of architectural services are taken into account. An attempt has been made to generalize a modern architectural discourse on the future of the profession, its basic topics and concepts. A radical transformation of the preconditions for the architectural education to develop has been noticed and discussed.

Опираясь на анализ морфологии антропогенных ландшафтов, детально исследуется городской ландшафт как один из генотипов природного ландшафта. Излагая в сжатой форме основные теоретические представления об эволюции природных и антропогенных ландшафтов, динамичных связях, возникающих в ландшафтном комплексе, автор рассматривает основные категории городских ландшафтов и подходы к их проектированию. На основе исследований в области социологии города, дается система критериев для оценки и дальнейшего совершенствования разновидностей городского ландшафта

Special gualites of urban environment, largely depend on social and territorial urban fabric.The experienceof many countries shows that of special development as the territorial community gives the opportunity to develop social contacts? security? and sustainable development of urban environment.

Theoretical bases of psychology of human behavior in learning environment design contribute to the creation of a comfortable living environment. The practical application of the knowledge on territorial forms of human behavior in organization of urban areas, allows you to create an effective spatial environment for social interaction of people with each other, defining the boundaries of their personal and collective responsibility

На примере проекта  реновации  промышленного комплекса завода Вагрон (бывший ликеро-водочный комбинат) рассматриваются проблемы редевелопмента  объекта культурного наследия.  Концепция формируется на основе идеи создания многофункционального комплекса при сохранении атмосферы места.

В статье представлены результаты исследования признаков эластичности городской среды на примере территории 144 квартала г. Вологды. Продемонстрирована связь между понятиями эластичность среды и устойчивое развитие.

This paper presents the results of a study of elasticity of the Vienna city signs Wednesday for example territory 144 quarter of Vologda. Demonstrated relationship between elasticity environment and sustainable development.

В статье представлены результаты предпроектного анализа, влияющие на выбор стратегии процесса ревитализации городской среды. Исследование выполнено  на примере исторического центра г. Вологды.
The article presents the results of the pre-project analysis, influencing the choice of the strategy of revitalizing urban process environment of the city. A study performed by the example of the historic center of Vologda.

The authors propose a methodology for address design. Its basis is to identify the real boundaries of life of the territorial community residential yard and attaching them to the architectural planning tools, as well as the structuring of residential areas by type of ownership. The exploitation landscape requires costs. The effective functioning of the open spaces in the city depends on correctly chosen strategy selection of techniques and tools.

Авторы предлагают методику адресного проектирования. Её основа заключается  в выявлении  реальных границ жизнедеятельности территориального сообщества жилого двора и закреплении их архитектурно-планировочными средствами, а также в структурировании жилых территорий по видам собственности. Эксплуатация ландшафтного объекта требует затрат. Эффективность функционирования открытых пространств в городе зависит от правильно выбранной стратегии подбора приемов и средств.

Annotation. The urban environment is a combination of disparate cultural elements, at first glance unrelated. For cities of the Vologda region characterized by a cold climate with long winters and short summers, flat terrain, abundance of water both surface and ground, low density, large lot of greens, a reticence in people, a special dialect, a love for winter holidays. The regional peculiarities of the climate, the character of the natural landscape, cultural traditions, formed under the influence of these factors, define the concept of mentality. Respect the feelings of personal space of the citizen, his mentality and desire to shrapnel of the atmosphere and scale of the place laid down in the project brief for the regeneration of the urban environment, are the key to success in preserving the identity of the city.
Аннотация. Городская среда представляет собой сочетание, казалось бы, разрозненных элементов культуры, на первый взгляд не связанных между собой. Сохранение только внешних архитектурных признаков застройки, чаще всего лежащих на поверхности, ведет к внешнему обновлению, но, по сути, к разрушению ментальности города. Потеря идентичности города ведет не только к разрушению образа жизни, но и к безразличию горожан к месту своего обитания. Региональные особенности климата, характер природного ландшафта, культурные традиции, которые складываются под воздействием этих факторов, определяют понятие ментальности. Уважение чувства личного пространства горожанина, заложенное в проектном задании на регенерацию городской среды является залогом успеха в сохранении идентичности города.

Аннотация. Город – это особый тип территориального сообщества людей, компактно проживающих на одной территории. Комфорт и безопасность жизни жилых дворов и кварталов зависит от способности людей к самоорганизации и пониманию ими границ подконтрольных им территорий. В вологодской архитектурной школе в архитектурное проектирование внедряется методика адресного проектирования. Ее основа заключается в выявлении реальных границ жизнедеятельности территориального сообщества жилого двора и закреплении их архитектурно-планировочными средствами, а также в структурировании жилых территорий по видам собственности.
